Friendship Club:
The Friendship Club meets five times a year. The dates will be posted in the Parish bulletin and website. The topic varies with the interest of the group and the season. Membership is open to all men and women of the Parish. Charismatic Prayer Group: The group meets every Thursday evening at the Parish Center at 7:00P.M. unless stated in the bulletin. This group comes together to pray in the Spirit for God's Love and Healing Power for all its members as well as for all the people of the parish. If you are interesting in joining the group, please call Sister Mary Ann Nolan,SSJ at Mt. Marie. Parish Council: The Parish Council meets the second Thursday of each month at the Parish Center from August to June, exception for December, which there is no meeting scheduled. All members of the Parish are welcome to attend.
Finance Council: The Finance Council meets four times a year. It also meets if any financial emergency arises.
The Aids Committee: This group was founded several years ago to assist members of the Greater Holyoke/West Springfield area who were sufferings the economic problems as a result of their illness. The group brings various gift items to individuals and their families. Recently, our Parish hosted a Mass for the Diocesan Commission on Aids at Mt. Marie Chapel. Adult Education: Every other Wednesday evening at 7:00 P.M. the group meets for a discussion. Currently the group is studying the Gospel of Matthew. A program includes viewing videotapes and a discussion of the readings for that particular evening. All members of the parish are invited. If interested, please call Deacon Joe for information.
