AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (ASP)

At Our Lady of the Sacred Heart School we offer an After School Program for students who need after school supervision. This is a structured environment for students to complete homework and be a part of organized activities until they are picked up.
Students are grouped together according to grade level. The program runs Monday through Friday from 2:00pm till 5:30pm. Our ASP is staffed by teachers, therefore once a month our ASP will be closed so that our teachers can attend Professional Development Conferences.

Below is a schedule of our program along with dates that it will be closed, as well as payment information.

Daily Schedule:
2:00pm – 3:00pm – Homework
3:00pm – 3:30pm – Snack (Provided by the ASP)
3:30pm – 5:30pm – Supervised Activities
* Gym Time
* Arts & Crafts
* Movies and Popcorn
* Computers
* Puzzles
* Board Games
* Outdoor Play/ Weather permitting

No After School Program on the following dates due to Professional Development:

Payment:

1st Child ……$3.00/hr
2nd Child ….$2.00/hr
3rd Child …..$2.00/hr

(Late pick-ups will result in extra charges of $1.00 per minute beginning at 5:35pm.)

ASP bills are sent home every Friday in the communication folder.Please remit payment by the following Friday to stay current. If you have any billing questions, please call our Business Manager at 782-8041.

To ensure the safety of our students in the ASP, parents are required to complete an after school emergency form and return it to the school before their child may attend the ASP. An after school staff member will be on duty to check out students for pick-up. Please remember that all adults must have a valid photo ID available to validate identification.
