No food or beverages allowed in classrooms
-
Please do not touch items in school desks; respect other’s
possessions. C.C.D. teachers have all materials that you will
need. There is no need to borrow from student’s desks.
-
Please do not touch other items around the room such as student
projects, computers, games, or teacher materials.
-
Remain in the hallway immediately outside of your classroom door
until your teacher arrives. Please do not wait in the lobby or
outside of the building. Your teacher should not have to come
and find you when class is about to begin.
-
Use the restroom or get a drink before class begins or after
class. Students will remain in the classroom once class has
started.
- Please put chairs on
top of desks when you leave and return chairs and desks to
original location if you have moved them.
-
Help teacher by making sure nothing has been left behind such as
extra papers, pencils, books, etc.
-
Respect your teacher as well as your classmates. No yelling,
fooling around, talking during class instruction, or other
disruptive behavior. Understand that you will be asked to go to
the office and parents will be called if you cannot behave
appropriately.
- Please treat others
the way you wish to be treated! If you have a problem with
another student, please let your teacher know. Violence of any
kind will not be tolerated. We are followers of Jesus and are
expected to act as He would in all situations.
-
If you have missed class, your teacher or the Director will
decide if make-up work is necessary and when it should be
completed.
- Younger children (grades
K-2) should be picked up at their classroom door. Gr. 3-5
students and those not picked up at their classroom door will be
escorted to the entrances to wait for their ride. All students
should talk with their parents to find out where they will be
picked up.
-
If your class
is in the school building, please leave by the front door on
Carson Avenue or the rear library entrance. (Please do not exit
by the kitchen door or make plans to be picked up at this
entrance.) If your class is in the Pastoral Center, go out the
front doors and wait on the steps or on the grass. Please do
not wait on the driveway or go into the parking lot to look for
your ride! If your ride is late, please notify your teacher or
Mrs. Stankiewicz and/or go to the office to phone home.
