Introduction
The financial report and budget are prepared by a group of parishioners appointed by the pastor. Each year the financial statements are given as to what we raised, what was spent and the parish responsibilities are.

Fund Raising

Bishop's Appeal
The annual diocesan appeal to help the diocese and some 37 departments and agencies in their outreach to all four counties in the Diocese of Springfield. Contact Thomas Perron 256-6181.

Parish Capital Campaign
A $30,000 project to paint our exterior stained glass trim. For further information please contact Gerry O'Neil 256-6181.

Fund Raising Events
Assisting the committees and their members in raising the funds, either door to door or during their projects. Contact Ginette Gomez 256-6181.

Finance Committee
Appointed by the pastor this is an advisory group to administer the annual budget. Contact Michael Sullivan 256-6181.

Pastoral Council
A group addressing the pastoral needs of the parish. Contact Gerry O'Neil 256-6181.

Secretary
Our full time secretary is available to meet the needs of the parish.

Maintenance Committee

Parish Center

Church
The center of our worship in honor of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit dedicated to St. Brigid Rectory - open to the public, the rectory also has a secretary's office. For further information please contact Fr. Smegal 256-6181.

Cleaning the Church
A group to clean the inside and outside of the church before every major liturgical event. For further information please contact Pablo Mercado 256-6181.

Grounds Keepers
To seasonally clean the property, lawn and flowerbeds, and driveway.

Painters
Each year workers free of charge paint one or two rooms on the property - thus keeping every room freshly painted on a regular basis.

Bazaar — November 18, 2006
