Policy:
St. Mary's Academy encourages new families to join our school community. To support the growth of our enrollment, we will annually set forth the requirements and procedures for families with children already enrolled in our school to receive tuition dollars in exchange for the referral of new families to enroll their children in our school.
Requirements:
Both families must maintain their tuition payment accounts in good standing (i.e. timely, completed payments, with tuition paid in full on schedule).
Both families must complete a full year of school in 2009 - 2010.
The referring family must reenroll in St. Mary's Academy in 2010 - 2011.
If the referring family's only enrolled child graduates from 8th grade at the end of 2009 - 2010, the referral amount may be applied to their child's tuition at a Catholic high school of their choice.
Procedure:
Share our great experiences with your friends and their families. Encourage them to enroll their children at St. Mary's Academy.
When a new family (the entering family) enrolls their children, make sure they identify you on their application as the family that referred them (the referring family) to the school.
Your tuition account will be noted for tuition dollars in the following year based on the entering family's enrollment as shown below.

For each child entering family enrolls in... |
The referring family will have deducted from their 2009 - 2010 tuition bill... |
| Grades 1 - 3 | $450 per child enrolled by the entering family |
| Grades 4 - 6 | $250 per child enrolled by the entering family |
| Up to a maximum tuition deduction of $1,450 |
