Timeline for the Project

2004
June 22: Church Renovation Committee established.
September 13: First meeting with the parish.

2005
October 18: Hiring of Pierre Belhumeur as project architect.
May 3: Purchase of Casavant pipe organ.
June 19-20: Second meeting with the parish.
August 1: Meeting with Diocesan Building Commission
September: Third meeting with the parish.
October 2005: Fund drive begins.

2007
January-May: Construction drawings created.
June 4: Meeting with Diocesan Building Commission for final permission to go out to bid
July: Bid Process begins.
August 15: Bid openings
September 14: Construction begins (Main Church and Chapel unavailable until construction is done).

2008
September 13-14 (the Feast of the Holy Cross): Reopening of the church for use
October 4-5: Blessing of Church and dedication of the organ. A weekend-long celebration!
