A Message from the Pastor
Rev. Richard A. Bondi

Dear Friends,

WELCOME to the web site of St. Theresa's Church. This is an extension of our parish community. We are genuinely happy that you have chosen to find out about our spiritual home! We ask your prayers for us and we promise to make you a part of our prayers.

St. Theresa's Church was established in 1936 as a mission of St. Patrick's Church here in South Hadley. In 1946, it became an independent parish. We number about 1,000 families and thus about 2,500 total members. We are located on a beautiful campus of about 25 acres. Our current facilities consist of a church, a rectory, a parish hall, a shrine to St. Theresa, and a house which is privately rented.

Currently we are staffed by myself, two secretaries, a religious education coordinator, an organist, a choir director and a maintenance man. The parish office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M.-1:00P.M.

Our weekend Masses are Saturday at 4:00, Sunday at 9:00 and 11:00. The 9:00 Mass tends to be the most family oriented liturgy as it has a children's Liturgy of the Word component. As well as avaoilable childcare. Confessions are heard on Saturday from 3:15-3:45 P.M. or anytime by appointment. Daily Mass is celebrated at 8:00 A.M. on Monday-Friday in our chapel. Each Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. we also have adoration in our chapel.

We invite you to join us and become involved in our parish life, not only by weekly attendance at Mass and by financial support according to your ability, but also by your active participation in one of more of our groups. We ask you to prayerfully consider how you might become involved. I hope this web site will acquaint you more with the life of our parish and its members.

In Christ,

Fr. Richard
