SERVICES

Services are offered to individuals and families in need of immediate assistance. Each person is given individual attention at the intake process. Evaluation, case management, family qualifications and assistance are given in the following service areas:

 

  • Rental assistance/mortgage in conjunction with other agencies.
  • Utilities (heating fuel, electricity).
  • Case Management services and referrals to:
    • Food Stamps
    • Employment resources
    • Housing Services
    • Food Pantries
  • Holiday assistance (seasonal)
    • Assistance for families, during holiday seasons, by way of toys and food baskets.

WAYS TO HELP

  • Donate food baskets for the holidays
    • Provide a Thanksgiving food basket for a family.
  • Donate toys for Christmas.
  • Adopt a family at Christmas.
    • Each family creates a wish list of items needed and is matched with a volunteer family, individual, business, parish, or school group who buys gifts for each individual in the family.
  • Donate school supplies for our “back-to-school” kits.
    • Help organize and distribute school kits.
  • Donate children’s books.


HOURS OF OPERATION :
Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
(Friday summer hours: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
