The Diaconate Formation Program is a 4-year course of study at Elms College. Classes are held two nights per week from 6:30-9:30 p.m. September through May and includes some summer work.

Currently there are a total of 20 men in formation: 11 who are scheduled to be ordained in 2011 and 9 who are scheduled to be ordained in 2013.
