MISSION STATEMENT:

Our mission is to provide the Bishop with men and women prepared and dedicated to carry out service, support, associate, and leadership roles in the ministry of Jesus Christ among the people of the local church of Western Massachusetts. The Lay Ministry Formation Office provides a process of lifelong formation, guidance and support for those who seek to actualize their baptismal vocation
